Hannah the physio was very good and showed me how to do all the exercises to help improve my back pain. She gave me printed sheets with further explanations to take home.

George was excellent, reassuring, encouraging, upbeat and totally involved in doing the best he could for me and we had a few laughs too.
One of the physio exercise diagrams was a little unclear when redone without supervision but then clearly explained in my second session. Thank you.

The physio was affable and well informed and set a good example with the training exercises. All questions were answered fully and without condescension with a realistic timetable for full recovery, considering all the options whilst never ruling out the horror of surgery. The equipment was clean, well laid out and up to date.

Hannah was lovely and very encouraging. She was positive about my rehabilitation and made me feel confident that I can get back to normal!
